14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you are not completely happy with any items from your order you may return them to us within 14 days from delivery (subject to the conditions and exclusions below) for a refund . Please note your returns must be delivered to us within this time, returns received beyond these periods will not be accepted unless agreed otherwise (or in the case of faulty items – see below).
EXCHANGES
Please contact us within the 14days regarding your exchange via email info@lilyroseblossom.com or on the returns request form below . Unfortunately we can not hold items . Once we have received and inspected your return it will be approved and we will dispatch your order to you.
Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns that have been worn, used or are soiled or damaged. Those that do not meet our guidelines will be shipped back to you.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Items must be in brand new condition and show no signs of wear with all original packaging, garment tags and labels still attached. Items returned without their branded packaging will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we will not accept any returns that have been worn, used or are soiled or damaged. We can also not accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label.
All returns are carefully checked upon arrival. Those that do not meet our guidelines will be shipped back to you.
FAULTY ITEMS
We take a great deal of care to quality-check all items thoroughly before they are dispatched, so we doubt this will be an issue but if you feel there is any faults please notify us within 24/48hours of receiving your order . Please email us via Info@lilyroseblossom.com or the returns request form below explaining the fault with photographic evidence. Then return your order within the above returns periods for a refund or replacement.
All items returned as ‘faulty’ will be subject to a thorough investigation to confirm that the damage is due to a manufacturing fault and not normal wear-and-tear, which is not covered by our returns policy. The item may need to be shipped to the manufacturer for them to assess and decide this, which can take up to 28 days.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty in this case we will refund the return postage cost . Please use a recorded/tracked and/or signed service as you are responsible for the safe and timely return of your items to us, including any postage costs, insurance, Customs & Duty charges for international returns, etc. We do not take responsibility for any additional charges, loss or delays in this process.
If the return is approved . The money will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 working days.
CANCELLATIONS
If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order under Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCRs), which govern all internet and mail-order shopping.
When an order has been cancelled under CCRs, we will refund you within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back or if earlier, from the day we receive evidence of the goods being sent back. If your card issuer has not sent you a refund within 30 days, please contact our Customer Services Team. It is not always possible to stop the dispatch of your order once it has been placed and we have started to process it.
LATE RETURNS
Returns we receive outside of our 14 days returns policy without prior notification will only be accepted at our discretion except in the case of faulty, missing, incomplete or damaged orders.
